Yield: 11 cups
- 8 cups Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
- 2 ounces OR 3/4 cup instant coffee (decaffeinated, if desired)
- 1 vanilla bean, split
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cups bourbon
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan stirring well until very smooth.
- Heat over medium heat to a low simmer.
- Cool completely, transfer to attractive bottles, label and give as delicious gift.
- Great in coffee, desserts and over ice cream.
