Irish Cream Pecan Pie

Prep Time:  15 minutes
Bake Time:  50 to 55 minutes
Yield:  8 servings

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup KaroŽ Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Irish Cream liqueur
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked OR frozen deep-dish pie crust
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.


  2. Beat eggs slightly with a fork in a medium bowl. Add sugar, sour cream, KaroŽ, butter and Irish Cream liqueur; stir until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.


  3. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
