- 2/3 cup Karo Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
- 1/2 cup heavy OR whipping cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- Stir corn syrup and cream in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted.
- Serve warm as a dip for fruit or cookies, or makes a great ice cream topping.
- Microwave Directions: Stir corn syrup and cream together in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) about 1-1/2 minutes or until boiling. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted.
- Variation - milk can be substituted for the cream. Sauce will be thinner and not as rich, but still very good!
