- 1 cup apricot nectar
- 3/4 cup Karo® Dark Corn Syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Ground Ginger
- 2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce

- Combine nectar, corn syrup, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper sauce in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat; simmer 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture is almost reduced by one half (about 1 cup sauce should remain). Cool.
- Brush sauce on chicken, pork chops or ribs during last 15 to 20 minutes of grilling, turning frequently.
