Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies with Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups granola cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 milk chocolate can dy bars (1.55 oz each), chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream together peanut butter, corn syrup, sugar, egg, salt and vanilla until well mixed. Add granola, chocolate chips, chopped chocolate and peanuts.
  3. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto parchment line or well greased cookie sheet. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Cookies may still look underdone on the top but the bottoms will be browned. Remove from oven and cool completely before removing from pan.
