Stir corn syrup and cream in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted.
Serve warm as a dip for fruit or cookies, or makes a great ice cream topping.
Microwave Directions: Stir corn syrup and cream together in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) about 1-1/2 minutes or until boiling. Add chocolate and butter; stir until completely melted.
Variation - milk can be substituted for the cream. Sauce will be thinner and not as rich, but still very good!
