12 ounces (3 to 3-1/2 cups ) fresh raspberries, divided
1/4 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Directions
Puree 1/2 cup berries, corn syrup and almond extract in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour over remaining berries in a large bowl. Let sauce stand for 15 minutes.
Recipe Note: Add 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar if berries are too tart.
