Frozen Lite Lime Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 cup sucralose sweetener
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 package (8 ounces) reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2 cups (4 ounces) reduced calorie whipped topping
  • 1 (-inch) reduced fat graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Blend light corn syrup, sucralose and lime juice on medium speed in blender or food processor until smooth. With blender running, gradually add cream cheese cubes; blend just until smooth. Add whipped topping and mix until uniformly blended.
  2. Pour into pie crust. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours.
