Hollyberry Dip for Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 tub ( ounces) soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange peel

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese, corn syrup and sugar in a small bowl with wire whisk or mixer at medium speed until fluffy. Blend in sour cream. Fold in cranberries and orange peel. Spoon into serving dish.
  2. Cover and chill for 2 hours to blend flavors.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit dippers or shortbread cookies.
