1-1/2 cups Fisher® Chef's Naturals Pecan Halves OR Fisher® Chef's Naturals Walnut Halves and Pieces
1 cup raisins
Directions
Spray two baking sheets and an extra large mixing bowl with cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, cinnamon and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and continue cooking 2 minutes.
Toss cereals, nuts and raisins together in prepared mixing bowl. Pour hot syrup over mixture and stir until cereal is completely coated. Spread evenly on prepared baking sheets; let cool to room temperature, about 1 hour.
Break apart and serve, or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
