Smooth & Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 18 ounces peanut butter, melted
  • 18 ounces marshmallow fluff, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate morsels

Directions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add butter and corn syrup.
  2. Stir until the butter has completely melted.
  3. Heat peanut butter and marshmallow fluff in the microwave for about 10–15 seconds so that it can easily pour from the jar.
  4. Stir in the peanut butter and fluff. Mix until all ingredients are fully combined.
  5. Turn off the heat.
  6. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  7. Pour the peanut butter mixture into a lined 8x8-inch baking pan.
  8. Smooth out until even.
  9. Pour chocolate morsels into a bowl and microwave in 10-second increments until the chocolate has completely melted.
  10. Poor zigzag lines of chocolate on top of the peanut butter fudge.
  11. Stick a butter knife into the fudge and move it in opposite directions of the chocolate to create your “tiger stripes.”
  12. Refrigerate for two hours minimum before serving.
