Ingredients

  • 1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 can (15 ounces) cream of coconut
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup lime juice

Directions

  1. In blender on medium speed blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Variation: Add 1 cup crushed ice, 1 cup fresh strawberries or bananas.
