Spray 8 x 8-inch pan with cooking spray; set aside.
Combine corn syrup and chocolate chips in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook until mixture just begins to boil. Remove from heat.
Stir in cereal and broken cookie pieces stirring to coat completely. Cut all but 9 gummy worms in thirds. Stir in cut gummy worms. Pour into prepared pan; level.
Top with remaining gummy worms; pat into place. Cool and cut into bars. Store in air tight container for up to 2 days.
